Because our paid products are personalized digital reports, purchases are generally non-refundable once work has started or a report has been delivered.

When Refunds Are Not Usually Available

Refunds are not usually available for change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with subjective feedback, or failure to review the product description before purchase.

How Approved Refunds Are Issued
